Workshops & Courses

My work supports women to meet the significant thresholds of their lives with awareness, integrity, and support.

Birth, menstruation, motherhood, menopause, grief, and loss are not isolated events, but part of a deeper pattern of initiation. They shape how you come to know yourself, your relationships, and your place in the world over time.

This brings together embodied, reflective practices grounded in the cyclical arc of women’s lives:

Maiden · Mother · Queen · Wisdom Keeper

It is rooted in the intelligence of the body, the depth of the human psyche, and the wider rhythms of the natural world.

Workshops & Courses

My courses and workshops bring women together to engage with birth, transformation, and the larger spirals of a woman’s life.
They are spaces for shared inquiry, grounded learning, and a deeper orientation to what matters.

Dates to be announced.

Transforming Birth Trauma

A 6-week group process for women carrying unresolved or difficult birth experiences

A gentle, carefully contained group process for women carrying unresolved or difficult birth experiences. This work supports integration, reconnection, and a gradual return to oneself over time.

The course recognises birth as part of a longer initiatory sequence: how a woman menstruates, gives birth, mothers, and later transitions into menopause.

The group structure prioritises safety, agency, and containment; personal sharing is always optional and held without fixing, analysis, or pressure.

Participants will gain a clear understanding of the principles behind transforming birth trauma and Compassionate Inquiry, while experiencing how these approaches support integration within the body, the psyche, and the wider arc of a woman’s life.

Format

  • Small group (6–8 women)

  • 6 weekly sessions (2 hours each)

  • Online (live)

  • Gentle pace, strong containment

  • Optional sharing

Fee

£380

Sacred Birth

A workshop on birth as a physiological, cultural and existential threshold

Core teaching exploring birth as a psychological, spiritual, and existential rite of passage. This work bridges embodied knowing with wider questions of meaning, responsibility and care.

Together we examine how regarding birth as sacred can shape women’s experiences of it, and learn to use ceremony and ritual to prepare for birth in any setting.

Participants leave with a deeper understanding of undisturbed birth, the cultural forces that influence it, and tools for advocating for birth as a meaningful and safeguarded life threshold.

Format

  • One-day in person workshop

  • OR 2 × 3h online sessions

Fee

£120 per participant

Women’s Wheel of the Year

An orienting course mapping the cyclical patterns of a woman’s life

Drawing on menstrual, seasonal, and life-stage rhythms, the course helps women locate themselves within a broader pattern of continuous transformation and renewal.

Participants gain a clear and practical framework for understanding how these cycles shape creativity, rest, relationships, and major life transitions.

The course brings together decades of teaching, practice, and scholarship into a clear and experiential learning process. Many women return to this framework throughout their lives as a source of direction and reflection.

Participants explore how the four archetypal phases — Maiden, Mother, Queen, and Wisdom Keeper — appear and harmonize across the cycles of the natural world, their bodies, and their lives.

Format

  • 6 weekly sessions (2 hours each)

  • Online (live)

  • Reflection between sessions

  • Optional sharing & mapping exercises

Fee
£380
